This is burping Billy. When you get close to him he will wave his arm and say hello. When you walk away from him he will wave his arm, say goodbye, his eyes will light up, his hat will spin, and he will say "My name is Burping Billy." then he will burp. The most challenging part of this project was attaching the hat and making sure it would stay on. This process helped me learn how people make toy that can talk and sing and how hard it is to make these things. Here are some pictures and videos of Billy.
